Style Jury Jelly Sandals

We're still traumatized. While the other little girls were out frolicking in their jelly shoes, our mothers refused citing cleanliness concerns--concerns which we now realize might have had some validity. Plastic shoes? Gross. Thankfully there's a chance for us to reclaim our childhood--not to meniton our pride--with the rise of jelly flats for adults. Something tells us that somehow, they're not quite the same. How do you feel about the reemergence of this trend?

I recently bought myself a pair of Holster jelly shoes and I love them!

I haven't worn those since I was younger, so no.

I've been resisting this trend for a while now...until I saw a beautiful pair of jelly ballet flats on endless.com. They did not look like jelly flats at all!

I use to love Jelly sandals when I was young and I like the return of them. I think it's really cuter and playful to wear the grown up version out on the weekends and such...

Ahh, jellies - they take me back to my kindergarten days! I saw those Tory Burch in a Nordstrom email today and liked the bright colors. I think for a $100 more I would go with the leather Tory's though. :-)

Oh, gosh. I can't believe these are coming back. I doubt they have made them not to make my feet get stinky/sweaty, so I think I will pass on paying $100 for shoes to do that.

I went with the trend and found that surprisingly, the Tory Burch's are pretty uncomfortable.. While the Gucci 'Etretat' jelly flats, which are rubber not plastic, are a dream. And, super well priced (for Gucci anyway!)
